I have been immersed in the world of natural health and nutrition for over 15 years and have helped hundreds of people make positive changes to their diet and wellbeing through consciously connecting with foods, herbs and nature. I've a passion for creating nourishing recipes which utilize the culinary traditions and ancient foods of our ancestors. I believe that healthy eating is not about restrictions and deprivation, but about simply knowing how to put together ingredients provided by nature.
I'm a Nutritionist and Naturopath trained at the London colleges of the CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine) and the CNN (College of Natural Nutrition) qualifying in 2004 when I started my own private practice.
I've been in the Sahara Desert oasis of Siwa since 2006 building and designing a self-sustainable organic farm and ecological home within the remote tribal community. I also write nature based children's books inspiring younger generations to connect to their food source and the environment around them.
I live with my family and two children who were born here.
