Me - as featured in Tatler!!!!

I’m in Tatler Magazine. They featured me in their spa guide! ✨🙌⚡️

Delilah Khomo - who is the Travel and Lifestyle Editor of Tatler - came and visited Siwa - and a mutual friend suggested she drop by to meet me.

It was all very last minute and highly serendipitous - it took no time to realise that me and Delilah went to the same school - and despite the obvious differences in our lifestyles - we instantly felt a strong and deep connection to one another.

I gave Delilah a treatment ~ we explored emotions ~ ancestral patterns ~ and how to strengthen our own unique biofield and constitution through specific tools and #natural medicines ~ we ate live food specialities from our farm kitchen for lunch ~ and afterwards we visited the powerful Oracle Temple and sat silently in deep contemplation and presence. A very typical Siwa experience ~ highly meaningful and exceptionally powerful.

So now I’m in Tatler ~ and Delilah wrote some extraordinarily lovely things about me ~ and the kind of experiences I offer guests in Siwa.

When I chose this life ~ I didn’t do it for acclaim ~ just the opposite. My choice was to live closer to nature ~ and to enhance what I could do for my patients ~ to work in an exquisite and potent natural environment that inspired my own personal growth and leant more power and perspective to my healing capabilities. I never really thought about gaining prestige ~ or publicity ~ I just wanted to help my patients in the best way I could ~ whilst living a life of conscious and meaningful integrity. But now I am in Tatler ~ and it feels a little bit strange.

There are many healers and therapists doing incredible work ~ all around the world. Their stories are rarely shared or widely communicated. I doubt many of them have any expectation of acclaim either ~ they surely derive their gratification and appreciation directly from the local communities and individuals who they serve ~ and contribute to ~ just as I do.

It is gratifying ~ and I am super appreciative to have this attention after nearly twenty years of hard work creating my vision. I’ve always trusted that the right patients and guests will find me ~ no matter the fact that I work from a remote oasis ~ deep in the Sahara. I have a long waiting list ~ and bookings several months in advance. Extraordinarily ~ patients have always found me. I believe that’s the way when we resonate and embody our higher purpose. Somehow or other I manage to pay the bills ~ and live a simple but good life.

It feels wonderful that people ~ like me ~ are now being recognised and valued in these super intense times. I am happy because all round the world ~ often very quietly ~ usually for very little or even no money - there are lots of amazing people using traditional ~ often ancient ways ~ to harness the body and its own phenomenal multifaceted capabilities for healing ~ and the myriad of opportunities provided by the abundance of this incredible planet ~ to make people feel well.

This month I’ll celebrate all natural therapists ~ because we all do our little bit to make the world a better place.

Thanks Tatler.
